you are streamlined.
and who installed that tile?!
looovely.
i quite like those angles! dizzying photos!
you are quite welcome for stopping by your blog --i do often, i just usually lurk. i totally have the book the children's year. it looks as though you have done moss stitch on your slippers? is that not the case? i didn't recall that being the pattern. i will have to re-investigate.
i just now noticed (and put the 2 and 2 together) that you are a waldorf-steiner mum as well. haha! fantastic!
love the cords. brand? where bought please?? and i see you like pink too.
Dani, the pants are from an op shop, but the brand is some crappy one, Millers. But I love them, they have a slight stretch in them and are v. comfortable. Unlike demin jeans, which I rarely wear.
Robin, the knitting pattern is garter stitch, but I find that too loose and stretchy for slippers so I do moss for a firmer effect. I've made these slippers for all my children and myself so I have it down pat now! You are a Waldorf family too? I thought I saw a waldorfy doll on your site!
That's why I love cords too and wide leg surfer jeans. But my latest jeans by denim birds are the most comfortable pair of fitted jeans I've ever owned - oh apart from the stretch super stove pipe brian rochfords I owned when I was 16.
You are so exquisetely teeny tiny! I love the pink cords!
Cute pink corduroys!
love the blue tiles and pink cords combo - very retro
Thanks everyone. I'm embarrassed to say I own three pairs of pink cords. Yes. They are all op shop purchases though ...
And blackbird, I laid the tiles!
I love the pink and blue together. Are you making a subconscious statement by wearing pink in a house with blue tiles and which is full of males?!
The slippers are wonderful. I also have projects which are therapeutic and others that are challenging and therefore not relaxing. These look as if they were made by a steady, caring hand.
You're famous! Your pic is in the SPT blog feature today!! :)
please please tell me where you got the cords. I looked all damn day today for pink corduroys and found NOTHING. target, Walmart, the mall... nothing.
Hi Stacey, as I said earlier in the comments, I got the cords from the op shop. They are Millers brand.
