Ooooh, you told! Just got back from a swim and feel v. virtuous (much like you probably felt after your walk - amazing photos). Off to blow dry my hair now :-)
Wow! Those are some amazingly beautiful photos. The spiderweb is wonderful! It's nice to see these wintery images...we are sweltering up here with 105 days. I can almost feel the cold in your images.
So what are the yellow and red flowers? Gorgeous! Here, things are turning a dusty green...due to very high heat and no rain, although the grass is still green and not a grey/brown as it usually is in late summer. Your pictures cooled me off in this 100 degree heat. And I love the red sweater!
I never thought this was possible but you just made me *wish* for winter for a few brief moments. Absolutely stunning photography, I especially love the lichen and the spider's web. Keep it up!
I was just meditating with a Holosync meditation cd and the words "five" "clay" "pea" came to me in a mental picture of a yarn label. I was feeling very peaceful afterwards, but couldn't get that image out of my mind so I put all of them in a string in the search engine, and there was your blog with its beautiful pictures. I face major spinal surgery in 4 days and I will carry these peaceful images in my mind as I go under anesthesia. My anxiety meds, husband, and family couldn't do, what your pictures have done. Thank you for calming a Texas girl down in anxious moments. I will be forever grateful.

(They certainly beat the pants off my crispy-fried grass. Urgh.)

Beautiful! Watch out - I'm coming to visit!
Love the photos from your walk, especially the spider web.
Are you sure you didn't just walk slowly around my back garden. Beautiful photos, aren't digital cameras fun!
Ah, that spider web. A beautiful piece of circular lace knitting, with a yarn that has a wonderful drape, as if it was a heavy silk.
LOVE the spider web. Makes me wish we had a winter. Well, almost.

Really beautiful photos Suse. Nothing beats a winter walk in the bush, except maybe a summer stroll on the beach :)
I was here earlier this week and much too awestruck to comment - I can barely imagine how stunning your family albums must be!
Thanks for the 'where are you' call - I'm back. Drop into the Ladies Lounge, we're playing drinking games...

Beautiful images! What kind of tree/shrub/plant (3rd photo) has the yellow flowers and the pink flowers in the 6th photo?
I LOVE these pictures...absolutely amazing.
The topmost picture would make a great fabric print.
