See you in a while

It's been a week of deaths in Australia. First Steve Irwin, then Colin Thiele, finally Peter Brock.

Last night my dear aunt joined 'em.

I'm jumping on a plane to be with my family and attend her funeral. And then I'm going to book myself a mammogram.

Ouch. Thoughts & prayers and all that.

Wise move on the ma'am-o-gram.

Sending you warm thoughts for this week, from at least one person (in a small community of people) across the oceans who has a clothesline and pegs out washing, at least occasionally! I had to laugh about your son as Tristan. We are a no media family in general, but our PBS station runs the old All Creatures Great and Small here, and once in awhile the boys love to view it. We need to find the books though at the local library. My boys are always choosing to dress as things that take explaining.

I am with you on the mammogram.. will be 40 this year, and need to arrange for one. Must make the time.

Again, warm thoughts for you and yours.
