Yes, it counts. Thinking about it and then having guilt counts. I bet it even burns calories.
Hope the beach was grand, and that you stole the curtains for a skirt.
Absolutely wonderful photo!!!
Sunny looks darling int hat hat, and I love my mitts and the littles are amazed that mittens can be *made* by a person. Magpie proudly shared that news and showed her mittens that were made by her mama's friend who is a mama, too, but in Australia (pronounced as Austaya) in school this past week as it was "mitten week." (where all the learning centers and activities have a mitten theme.)
If it does, let me know, because then the fact that I've been carrying my gym gear around in my car for the past three weeks without ever shifting it or stopping by the gym -- well, that might count too!
Your watch photo reminds me of all the clocks in Doc's house in Back to the Future. That's a movie that has stood the test of time quite well, much to my surprise.
Haha! It might help with co-ordination and maybe a bit of ommm peace of mind ;) Starting is half the battle and you will LOVE yoga once you start. I am an addict.
Oh, I don't know Suse. I think one really needs to take up a membership to the gym, go once or twice (or for a while) and then not go again for ages. All the while paying good money for the best of intentions....
I can answer with authority as the person who happily trundled the treadmill out of the living room for Christmas and then gave it a generous draping of hollyberry garland.
THAT certainly stopped all the unwanted holiday pondage!
No Suse, sorry to burst your bubble here but you're getting off way too cheaply. I need to see a lot more money spent then wasted then that! One page of paper and one flouro pen less the cost of a bookmark comes out even in my accounting. If you want guilt, big time, then you need to pay up :-) ha ha

Absolutely. But only in orange.
Great photo.
It counts for something, just not fitness!

absolutely.
you should watch exercise programs on the telly too -
all that highlighting really does burn a lot of calories.
Just take a look at my svelte self. It's been working for me for years...
i LOVE this photo, I want to have it printed and framed and hang it in my room. May I? Would you mind?
Does borrowing an exercycle, & storing it in the garage count too?
*snort* !
I googled yellowpages.com and emailled a handful of gyms asking if they had creche facilities.
Job done, as far as i'm concerned.
Yes, now throw it away, because every time you look at it you'll feel GUILTY for not doing it. Though feeling guilty probably does burn calories.
hee hee....
Absolutely! You're already waaay ahead of me :)
Of course it does! Just like it counts if your resolution to Use The Treadmill is satisfied by dusting it off and using it to dry laundry...

Of course it counts, but you also have to open it up at least once a day, scan the list, sigh, shake your head, and put it back.
Well, of course!

As long as you are reading your book in downward-facing-dog position.

Depends.
Is the fluoro orange timetable/bookmark marking the place in a diet book?
THAT would count.
Sorry.
No way.
Nice try, though.
All of you should be ashamed of yourselves for such enabling!
Am I the only one wondering why all the watches are marking different times?
-Mr. Y Chromosome
I don't think so. I do body balance. It's actually quite nice - once you've found the energy to get there.
Oh, most definately YES!
And just think of all the energy you are using to wear all those watches!
ps. thanks for yr recent comment at Secret Hill....have left you a reply there.....am still laughing!
Well, if your book starts getting thinner, then you know it works. Otherwise...bah!
