the chook pen was muddy this week

We've been feeding our neighbours' chooks these holidays while they've been away enjoying more tropical climes.

I love minding friends gardens and pets. I watered a friends garden last week and came home with a bag of passhionfruit and a bag of beans. Can't complain about that! :-)

And a TOTAL non sequitor : the Romans used to eat roast guinea pigs , I believe .
