Oh yes. Many, many times, when the newly-teened girlie and I are out and about, she will pointout a cute young 'un to me and say, "Isn't he/she cuuuuute?".
I invariably reply,"Yes, I used to have one of those. Wonder what ever happened to her?"
I adore her, she's fab and mostly sane these days....but I do pine for the wee miss who shaved with her dad and got very excited about after shave.....
Hippo Birdies to him (apologies to Sandra Boynton). What a bunch! The dimple in your big boy's cheek, well, I'm a fan of dimples. I kind of miss those days too. It was a simpler time, I think. There's fun now with twenties, teens and ten-year-olds, but there's much more driving, much more angst, much more expense.

Gosh aren't your boys funny and cute! And aren't the colours of old photos amazing? It's as though we see through different eyes in each era.
I would like to be able to revisit Grace's baby days now for a little visit - I'm sure it would be much easier with some hindsight....
Cheeky fellows. I bet they're NEVER that rude to their mum now...
I shall now turn right round and look at my children, however they are winding me up, because you just Showed Me Something.
Very cute...:)
What a great photo! Love it. So much nicer than posed formal photos of kids!

Who could imagine that such angelic little boys could grow up into huge , gangling violin-playing rugger players ?

They are way too cute! How can you stand it? I just want to gobble them up!
Is it too late to say how happy this makes me?
