Well that was just lovely. I've always wanted to play violin, but given that I bungled the one instrument I did try to play (one does not hum into a clarinet; I know that now) I'm probably better off as a spectator.
So, so beautiful. I really feel quite teary when I see these wonderful young people performing. (Also, how I wish I'd recorded Max's drama performance now. I never think of these things at the time...)
This brings back many memories as I once played violin as well. Aren't you lucky to have a talented musician in the family? (ok, I know, it was a lot of hard work). best, nadia
