There's a spindly sort of gingko tree growing from an open square in the sidewalk outside my north-facing window.Year by year it gets a little taller and some new strange branches develop. Over the decades I've had fun drawing its interesting appearance throughout all the seasons.Right now its remaining leaves are a mix of some yellow-edged green and some tattery brown.Do keep us posted on your gingko patina's progress.xo
Don't think Ive ever seen a ginko so ... I thought you'd been cutting fascinating shapes out of black latex . Now I want to see the patina grow .Have been computer-free for a while ... technical illiteracy strikes again ... so will now rush to catch up . Your colours are always wonderful .
Not just technically illiteratethen then . Sorry !
Yesterday we went to Boston Common and the ginkgo leaves were all over the ground. Thanks to you I knew what they were.
